- For bending of thicker plate above 16 or 20 mm, it is very hard and difficult to press the top roll by manual srew effort in mechanical motorized machine. So in Hydro mechanical machine Manual screw are replaced by hydraulic cylinders which move the top roll Up and downward vertically.
- In Hydro mechanical plate bending machine, There is also additional option available for hydraulic operation of Drop end for shell removal.

Mechanism:
Bottom rolls are fixed in the Rigid housings and directly driven by means of attached Gears & gearbox arrangement. This arrangement provides the power for rotating the Bottom rolls for the continuous plate rolling process.
Top roll is movable manually by means of heavy Screw with handle. Top roll is forcefully pressing the plate by tightening the screw towards between gap of two rollers.
Housing are made from M.S. Plate of suitable strength and mounted on heavy base frame. Rolls are made from forged steel and perfectly machined for accurate result
For longer life and smooth working of machine, Gun Metal Bushes are provide and given sufficient lubrication system
