Our Roll Hydraulic Pre Pinching type Plate bending machine are installed all over the world in wide range starts from 6 to 75 mm thick plate in various working size of 2500 mm , 3000 mm, 4000 mm.
Hydraulic Pre pinching of plate gives minimum flat ends after completion of shell making process. Pre pinching process also known as Edge bending or pre bending of plates. It is necessary process to be done before rolling the plate to achive the complete roundness of the shell. INFORCE Pre pinch hydraulic plate rolling machines are deisgned as per international standards and to be simulated before manufacturing process with help of advance tools like Solid edge software.
All This type of machines are made using Forged UT tested solid round bars and mounted always on Spherical roller bearings (not Bushes).
Rollers are driven by planetary gearbox and heavy torque Hydro motors of International Brands.

- INFORCE 4 roll plate rolling machines are more precise, productive, versatile, faster, safer and easier to operate than three roll machines. They are less dependent on operator competence.
- The fastest and most accurate bends are made by four roll machines. The plate is clamped securely in between the top and bottom roll while the side rolls move vertically to start the bend.
- 4 roll machines do not require the operator to remove, flip, and then try to square and reposition the plate a second time after pre-bending, as is the case with three roll machines.
- Cone rolling is easier on a four roll machine. The side rolls can be tilted to establish the cone angle and the bottom roll clamp and drive the plate.

Pre pinching is simpy called the process of prepare the edges of the plate well in desired radius of the job requred. This edge bending is performed on Both ends of plate (entry side and exit side), So that machine which can perform both side edge bendinig process without removing the plate or without flip the side of plate is Known as Double Pre-Pinch Plate bending machine.
Pre pinching (also known as edge bending) is a primary step of any shell/pipe making process.
INFORCE offers well designed and engineered Hydraulic Plate bending machine with effective pre pinching facility. Our NC control machines give presice Edge bending and easy for any skilled operator. Roll position always shown on Colour display helps operator to Pre pinch the plate easity and quick with great repeatability.
Pre pinchinig capacity is always the 20% less then machine's bending capacity but it also depends on machine deisgn like rigid and strong structure, Well calculated hydraulic force and Deflection of machine parts during the bending operation.
Pre pinch type plate bending gives excellent accuracy compare to other models of bending machine, and one more benefit is there is very little wastage of plate compare to manual screw type and hydro mechanical type machines.
